| Why should I book a package tour? |
| When you book a package, you will feel yourself free about the rest and you will not worry about accomodation, transport and reach places to see. Everything will be organized for us for your own luxury and besides package will be much more economical than personal tours |
| How can I recognize your representative at the airport/meeting point or bus station? |
| You will be met by our representative at the meeting point while holding a card on which your name is written. |
| Do your package tours include only land services only or do you provide international fligts too? |
| Unfortunately we do not provide international flights and you are recommended to provide them in your country. Our package prices include domestic flight tickets if mentioned in a tour programme.

| What about travel insurance? |
| Unfortunately we do not provide travel insurance. You are recommended to obtain your own travel insurance for health and luggage loss while travelling. Besides you may take your refund in case any cancellation on tour programme that my happen on extraordinary situations. |
| Will I be travelling with group on tours? |
| You will travel with a group on bus if you purchase on of our package tours but if you book Tailor Made Package of Hopping Island to Island Package you will use regular transportation and you will be accompanied by our representatives at every point you arrive. This makes packages flexible upon to your needs and at the same you will have well organized

| How about the payment procedure? |
| As soon as receiving your request, we check availabilities of at the hotels and on transportation vehicles. If services are available on requested date, we send our Credit Card Authorization Form and kindly request 40 percent deposit to make secure your reservation. The remaining price is payable until 15 days before departure date of programme |
| Do I get refund if I cancel my trip due to any condition? |
| We request 40 percent deposit on booking and the rest will be paid if any cancellation happens 15 days before the departure date of the tour. If a written notice received before the departure we accept the cancellation. |
